Software by AppServOnline.com LLC is a management application that provides tracking of all labor activities including time, attendance, expenses, project development/management, and budgets. Managers need only create budgets and projects, assign tasks, and then prioritize. This web-based service allows employees to view assigned tasks and apply their time accordingly. Daily, using the built-in time clock personnel sign-in and sign-out keeping everyone informed as to their attendance/presence. Weekly, personnel submit an electronic labor report. This report is a combination of a timesheet, expense report, and progress report all in one. Because employees evaluate their work remaining on given tasks every week, managers can stay better informed on progress and completion dates. The status of Tasks, Labor Reports, and Budgets are based on ownership. Emails can be automatically generated and sent when an ownership has changed to notify appropriate personnel. Task ownership can be setup to follow a specific set of steps (example: Manager > R+D > Testing > QA > Manager > Deployment or back to R+D). After an employee has submitted a labor report, the ownership of the report changes to their manager. The manager can then approve the report sending it to payroll, or disapprove sending it back to employee with remarks. By automating routine business processes and the integration of labor management and payroll process, time is greatly reduced and streamlined. All that is needed to use this secure Internet application is an Internet connection.
